Take 91 South to Exit 11 - Birnie Avenue, come down ramp stay to left and follow until fork in Road, go to right following sign saying RT 20 West - West Springfield/Westfield), go straight through 2 lights, over bridge, at end of bridge is rotary, go half-way around, see sign Rt 20 West, take right onto Park Street (no street sign) — go straight through 2 more lights and we are the first brick building on left after second light.
