Meet Jeff Passo in Window Treatments…

For more than 30 years, Jeff Passo’s window on the world has been… windows. Before coming to Osgood’s in 2007, Jeff owned and operated his own business manufacturing, cleaning and repairing window treatments. So when you come to Osgood’s looking for just the right window treatment, head straight for Jeff – because when he tells you what you need for your windows, you can bet it will be based on years of experience in supplying people with beautiful window treatments that last.

“I recently had a customer who bought a home full of cellular shades and the texture of the material did not make her happy,” says Jeff. “She came in the store and found another line that she liked. We worked it out with the manufacturer to get her a credit and got her what she wanted. She is so proud of her gorgeous shades that she has offered to open her home to any of our customers who want to see what these new cellular shades look like in a real setting.”

It’s no surprise that Jeff has a large following of decorators, renovators and regular customers throughout New England who count on his expertise to adorn their windows – whether it’s fabric blinds, wood blinds, pleated blinds, fabric shades, woven shades, motorized shades and drapes, curtains, valances or toppers.

His best advice? Know your price range and get help from a professional. “You need someone who really knows the product so it gives the customer the best outcome.” Jeff explains. “When I sell a product, I tell the customer all the aspects of that product. I’m very specific about the details so the customer fully understands what they’re getting. To make sure they get what they want, I ask them lots of questions….kind of like a doctor.”

And this “doctor” will make house calls free of charge to determine what will work best for your windows. Which is perhaps why they call them window treatments…
